Thank you for visiting my site.
For over 20 years I have been fascinated with the ability of people to change and move forward in their lives after experiencing setbacks, adversity, personal problems and many other challenges.
Through study and working with people. I believe that most people can move forward in their lives through guidance and using the latest techniques. I focus mainly upon the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I get a great amount of satisfaction helping people to move forward in their lives.
People from around the world work through their challenges with me using Zoom and Skype. Zoom is my preferred communication tool.

Therapy sessions usually last 50 minutes. Clients normally book 5 sessions in advance.
My style of therapy is warm and non-judgmental. I am present with clients and through therapy encourage clients to be in the moment in order to reflect upon experiences and emotions. I actively listen with empathy and warmth. Whilst also challenging and guiding you forward. In order that you are able to move forward in your life.
I strive to create connection with the people that I work with. However from time to time, there is just not a good fit and am happy for people to find a therapist that might be a better fit elsewhere.
People that I work with are adults over the age of 21 regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation.
