I provide therapy online around the world working successfully with people from all kinds of backgrounds and experiences. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and can draw on other aspects of therapy where appropriate. I have studied extensively with regards to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

It is important to remember that we are all different, our experiences and history are different, how we interpret events can be very different. Because of this, therapy can be of varying duration. 

The service is provided in a professional manner based upon study, certification and experience.

Therapy sessions normally last 50 minutes. I expect 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend an appointment.
